PHOENIX - Hopefully you are enjoying Labor Day off, spending it with your family, friends, or however you choose to enjoy the day.

This week, we're getting some advice from viewers like you to tell us how you save money.

We spoke to Elizabeth who says she has been using the delivery service that Safeway offers to get her groceries. She says it’s convenient for her, because she doesn’t have to leave the comforts of home and you can order specific items that would take you awhile to find in the store.

She says the store also use electronic coupons if you participate in those programs, they keep your past history of orders, so you don’t have to re-do your list, and there are coupons available if you order a certain amount of items to make your delivery free! Thanks Elizabeth for that advice!

We also ran into Bob who says that he only goes out to eat to reward himself or for a special event. He feels that it keeps him away from the fast food joints where you would spend $4 - $5 per meal and it helps with the nutrition as well.

Bob, that is great habit to have. I try to keep my eating out to once a week, although last week I did eat out twice, because I forgot to bring lunch, but that happens. Another great way to add to that habit is to take your leftovers from dinner and pack them for lunch the next morning. That way. you don’t waste time and money going out to eat and you know what you are putting in your body.
