The weather is yucky, which may seem as though there is nothing to do. Don’t stress, I've got you covered. You can do stuff to keep busy and without spending a dime.
Kids are going back to school so get them ready without breaking the bank. The 8th annual Ninos Seguros Back to School and Safety Fair is happening on Saturday, August 4 at the Grand Canyon University Campus from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. They will be giving out free backpacks for kids, plus immunizations and basic health and dental screenings too.

Visit some of our Valley museums for free? Bank of America offers their Museums on Us . It is every first full weekend of the month and you can get free admissions into some of our Valley museums. All you have to do is show ID and your Bank of America or Merill Lynch debit card.
On Saturday, August 4th and 5th you can get into Musical Instrument Museum , Phoenix Art Museum , Children’s Museum of Phoenix . Make sure to call those museums for hours of operation.
These are just a couple of free things to do. Also, if you get up early, take a walk and get some exercise. That is always free.
