Keep your kids busy and help the environment all for FREE!

The weekend is here, and you don't have to go broke having fun.

If you have kids get them fit for free! Crossfit Scottsdale is having a kids and teens open house on Saturday.

They will have free fitness classes for them to try. Kids ages 3 to 11 years old can attend a free class at 11am and teens 12 and up, can join a class starting at 11:30am on Saturday.

After the classes, Crossfit Scottsdale will have some fitness games and they can learn how to make a healthy snack; plus have a chance to ask the coaches  fitness questions.

If you have some old technology you want to get rid of  you can do it without harming our environment.

Technology Recycling Day is Saturday, January 21 and you will be able to drop off your old or unused computers, printers, monitors, scanners, cables, cell phones or electronic equipment for free.

All donated equipment will either be refurbished or properly recycled.
