PHOENIX - Love books? How about used books for under $4? The Phoenix Library Friends has emptied out their warehouse, and moved into the old Mervyn’s building at the Camelback Colonnade near 19th street and Camelback Road. They will be selling over 200,000 books, CD’s and DVD’s during this book sale event. The book sale will go for an entire week. It starts on Saturday, December 8th through December 16th and is open daily from 10am until 9pm.
Prices on used paperback books are $2 or less and hardcover books, CD’s and DVD’s $4 or less and there is every kind of genre you can possible think of. Some books are older and some are new. If you love to read, this is one event you should stop by and you will probably score a deal.
Plus there are more deals happening during the book sale. One great deal is you can get a free book per person on each day of this week long book sale. You will need to print out the coupon and bring it in order to get your free book.
If you can prove you are a teacher, Military personnel or you have membership with the Friend of the Public Library, or have a City of Phoenix ID you will get 25% off.
On Wednesday, December 12th and Saturday, December 15th everything will be 50% off. On Sunday, December 16th the last day of the sale you will get everything left for 75% off.
