It's time to find out how you're going to save on food this week.
We start with breakfast.
Albertsons has milk on sale. Get two gallons for just $3. You can only buy two at that price.
Cereal goes best with milk. Fry's has select varieties of Kellogg’s cereal for a $1.99 for eight to 20-ounce boxes. That will save you more than $2.
Fry's also has a great deal on Libby’s canned vegetables. Get three cans for 99 cents. There's a limit of 12 cans at that price.
Speaking of vegetables, Sprouts has sweet corn and red bell peppers on sale three for $1 dollar! You'd normally pay $1 dollar for just one red bell pepper so it's an awesome deal.
Food City has green bell peppers on sale at four for 99 cents! Other stores are selling them at two for $1 this week so stock up at Food City.
You can also get a 10-pound bag of russet potatoes for $1.29, but this deal is for Wednesday, July 25th only. You can buy two bags at that price.
Sweeten the deal with red seedless grapes at Bashas' . They are on sale for 69 cents per pound with a limit of five pounds for that price.
We can't forget the meat. Safeway has fresh bone-in drumsticks, thighs and leg quarters on sale for 79 cents per pound.
Make sure you check your favorite grocery store’s ads for deals and also their website for coupons. Don’t forget to make your list and stick to it.
