Save big this week at Valley grocery stores

Save money on groceries this week. Many Valley grocery stores have some great deals that will help you save some dough.

Sprouts

Score green, red or black grapes for just $.57 per pound at Sprouts this week. Don't act like a chicken, instead buy it for a great price! Sprouts has all natural boneless skinless chicken breast for just $1.57 per pound. If you live near 47th Street and Ray Road in Ahwatukee there is a new Sprouts store opening on Wednesday, August 22nd at 7 a.m. To celebrate, that location only will be having some big giveaways and deals. The first 100 people in line will get a bag of groceries filled with $50 worth of items. Also some amazing prices on food, like a pineapple or mini seedless watermelon just $1 each. Almond milk just $2 normal price on that is $3.99 and more. If you live near the new store you will see an insert only good for that store. Don't forget Sprouts ads overlap on Wednesday’s so it is double that savings too.

Fry’s

There are some great deals at Fry's this week. You can buy 93% lean ground beef for $2.88 per pound. It is sold in two pound rolls with a limit of two packs. Fry's has a three day sale on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and you will be able to get a half gallon of milk for $.77 each. Of course you are limited to only buying four at that price. You can also score a deal on boneless skinless chicken breast, just $1.88 per pound. You can buy up to four packs for that price. Buy a six ounce container of raspberries for just $.98 each. You can purchase up to four for that price.

Food City

Shop at Food City and save on chicken. They have chicken leg quarters for just $.57 per pound. They are sold in 10 pound bags and you can buy two bags for that price. Quench your thirst without breaking the bank. Food City has 32 ounces of Powerade for just $.59 each. If you plan on shopping at Food City on Friday or Saturday, you can buy five avocados for $1 with a limit of 10 at that price. Or buy some 73% ground beef during that two-day sale for just $1.69 per pound with a limit of two packs.

Albertsons

Get hydrated for an awesome price at Albertsons this week. They have a coupon in their ad for a 24 pack 16.9 ounce bottles of Crystal Geyser water for $2.47. That's about $.10 per bottle, good savings there. Go crazy for bananas. Albertsons has Dole bananas on sale for $.39 per pound. Save on boneless skinless chicken breast or boneless pork loins for $1.67 per pound. Plus, Albertsons has double coupons this week. So don’t forget your coupons!

Bashas’

Stop in at Bashas' to score this awesome deal on cereal. They have select boxes of General Mills cereal for only $1.50! You must purchase four in one transaction in order to get that price of $1.50 for each box. You can buy a total of eight boxes at that price. Buy some pork chops at Bashas’ this week for $1.57 per pound with a two pack limit. Plus, if you plan on spending at least $25 this week at Bashas’, you can buy a 24 pack of Bashas’ brand 16-ounce bottles of water for $1.99. You must spend a minimum of $25 and cut out the coupon in their ad this week to get that price.
