The best way to save on food is by finding deals.

So I have your first peak at this week's grocery deals.

Cereal helps get breakfast started fast in the morning and Safeway is making it easy on your wallet. You can get a 10.5 ounce box of Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes, an 18.7 ounce box of Raisin Bran or a box of eight Pop Tarts for just $1.88 each. You can buy two at that price.

Sprouts has select varieties of Cascadian Farm organic cereals on sale, two for $5.

And you'll need milk to go with that cereal.

Head over to Bashas’ because they have a gallon of Bashas’ milk on sale for $1.57 each and again, you can buy up to two at that price. Red seedless grapes are good at any time of day, especially when you can get them for just 59 cents per pound.

Fry's has them for that price and you can buy as much as you want. Fry's is also helping with dinner. USDA Choice Ribeye steaks are on sale for half off. That means you can save up to six bucks per pound. There is a limit of four.

If you'd prefer USDA petite sirloin steak Albertsons is the place to go. Buy one and get two free. The regular cost is $8.99 per pound. You'll need to show the in-store coupon to get those free steaks.

Food City has a screaming deal on green bell peppers, just 99 cents for four. You can also get five avocados for 99 cents with a limit of ten.

And if you’d prefer red bell peppers, head over to Sprouts because they have them on sale three for $1. You would normally pay $1 each, so awesome deal!

There are so many more deals to find, so check your grocery store's ad when you get them in the mail and don’t forget to make your list and stick to it to avoid impulse buys.

Also check out your grocery store websites for deals and extra coupons. Here are some websites for finding coupons.
