Save money on going out to eat for lunch during the weekday. I went on the hunt to find good tasting and good quality food to eat for lunch. I set a price point of $3 or less. I also asked folks on my Facebook page to share if they knew of any places I got a ton of leads. Here's what I found:
I'm sure you all know of Sprouts Farmer's Market selling sandwiches for $2.99. They sell those sandwiches daily at their deli counter. You can choose from several types of breads and meats plus condiments are all included in that price. If you want cheese or baco, it will cost you extra. Either way it is a homemade sandwich for cheap.
Next stop Pat's Pizza Plus. It's located on the Southwest corner of 12th Street and Glendale in Phoenix. Weekdays from 11a.m. until 4 p.m. you can purchase two big slices of cheese pizza and a 16-ounce fountain drink for $3 plus tax. Single slices are $1.50 and toppings are $.40 per topping. I would recommend you bring some cash because they will only accept credit or debit cards for purchases made for $5 or more.

Mamma Mia off of 40th Street and Indian School offers the same deal but for a little more, $3.50 plus tax. Their slices are $1.50 each and toppings are $.50 per topping. At Mamma Mia you can get those slices from open to close seven days a week.
