PHOENIX - It is Friday and here are some ideas for what you can do in Arizona without spending any cash.

FITNESS FUN

Get some exercise, have some fun and do it for free. One Body One Mind Fitness is offering a free striptease class on Saturday, August 18th at 10am. All you have to do is show up on time and burn those calories.

Space is limited and based on a first come first serve basis.

You will not be taking off your clothes, but instead taking off pounds.

They call it a sexy, sizzling and seductive workout and it is for free. One Body One Mind is located on the southwest corner of 24th Street and Osborn in Phoenix.

FREE PHOTO

Get a 5x7 print of your child for free. Wal-Mart is offering to print out a picture of your child going back to school.

You will need to provide the photo and it is only available at Wal-Mart Supercenter stores. Just go to the one hour photo center anytime from now until the end of September.

You can get either an instant print or a one hour print and it is one per child.
