It's always a good time for pampering and you can relax with some great deals at spas right here in the Valley this month.

It's time for Arizona Spa Week, which means you can get discounts on some services at many Valley spas.

There are participating spas all over the Valley offering regular services for $50.

The Narande Spa at the Tempe Buttes is offering several services including a 50 minute massage or a facial for $50 bucks.

The regular cost is $120 dollars, so you're saving more than half.

The Red Door Spa at the Wigwam Resort is also offering a 50 minute massage and facial for $50 bucks.

The spa at the Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale has an hour massage and an hour facial for $50 dollars each.

So there are lots of ways to pamper yourself without feeling guilty.

Arizona Spa Week is October 15th through the 21st, but you can start making your appointments now before everything gets booked.
