In August, JC Penney was offering free haircuts for kids going back to school. They had such an overwhelming response from folks, they decided to do it again, but this time for good.

Starting Sunday, November 4th, children in kindergarten through sixth grade can get free haircuts every Sunday. That 's a $14 savings! Just visit any of their eight Valley locations on Sunday between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Hold on there is more; JC Penney is also offering one free 8x10 photo and that includes free sitting fees. This is happening throughout the month of November and it is only one free portrait per family. They will also email you that free photo digitally so you can use it to put on holiday cards!

All you have to do is stop by or call your local JC Penney’s portrait studio to schedule an appointment so you can get your family holiday portrait done for free.
