Freebie Friday: Free food for the whole family

It is that time of the week to find out what you can do and get for free.

My husband gets to take advantage of the first freebie because his name is Dave.

Famous Dave's is buying you a meal on Sunday if your first name is Dave, David or Davy.

It's a maximum value of $15 so it's a great deal!

If your middle name is Dave, you'll still get a deal... 50% off. And if your last name is Dave, you're out of luck because last names don't count.

The free and discounted meals are only valid Sunday, October 21st at all of the Famous Dave's locations from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Head over to the new Nothing Bundt Cakes in Glendale for dessert.

The first 50 people to show up starting at 9 a.m. on October 20 will get free bundtlets for a full year.

If you miss the free treat, you can still take the family down for their grand opening because from noon to 2 p.m. they will have all sorts of free activities including face painting, balloon twisting and they'll have lots of yummy cakes for you to sample.
