The weather is gorgeous so enjoy it and get some exercise at the same time!
Phoenix Longevity Arts is teaching you some Tai Chi for free.
It's every Sunday on the west side of the large lake at Kiwanis Park in Tempe.
The free practices are from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Kids need a little exercise too.
The Fiesta Bowl Youth Football Clinic is holding a free clinic for boys and girls ages 9 to 14.
There will be two clinics. One on the West Valley on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1.p.m.

The other clinic is in the East Valley on Sunday also from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
490 W Guadalupe Rd., Tempe
Registration is required.
It's a non-contact clinic, so let the kids have some fun and learn some new skills.

It's from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday at the Scottsdale Civic Center Mall .
There are musical and dance performances, along with arts and crafts.
So bring chairs and blankets to sit back and enjoy the show.
All events take place on the outdoor fountain stage on the north side of the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts (Second Street & Drinkwater Boulevard in downtown Scottsdale)
