You don't have to leave town to get a taste of some Cajun comfort food because Jamburritos Cajun Grille Express has a permanent spot on Roosevelt Row in downtown Phoenix starting Monday.
The best part, you can try their food for free.
On Monday, between 11a.m. and 1p.m., they are giving away free chicken Jamburritos at the new location.
It's only one per person and it's only while supplies last.
And, if you're looking for something to keep the kids busy, head over to a Valley Lakeshore Learning Store Saturday, January 5th.
Every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m they have free crafts for kids.
Saturday they will be making a picture frame which is perfect for those holiday photos.
From kids art to adults art.
It's the first Friday of the month which means it's time for First Friday in downtown Phoenix.
Dozens of art galleries open their doors for you to mingle and get a taste of what they have to offer.
First Friday is January 4th from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and there's a free shuttle starting at the Phoenix Art Museum to take you to the different art spaces.
