Take the whole family out for a day of fun in nice, cool weather for cheap because we have a Deal of the Day with the Grand Canyon Deer Farm .
The Grand Canyon Deer Farm is in Williams, Arizona and I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun we had.
They call it a deer farm, but you’ll find more than deer.
We saw talking birds, reindeer, wallabies, bison and even a camel named Gracie who is very friendly. In fact, she is known for kissing the visitors.
The Grand Canyon Deer Farm gives you a chance to get up close and personal with the animals.
You can even feed the deer. But be careful, they get really excited when they see you with the food.
I had several deer crowded around me, trying to eat whatever they could.
The regular cost for adults is $9.95. Kids ages 3-13 cost $5.95 and seniors pay $8.50.
With your Smart Shopper card, you will only pay half that price because the Grand Canyon Deer Farm is giving Smart Shoppers half-off the park entrance fee for all ages until February 28, 2013.
So take the family up north and interact with the animals without going broke.
They are closed Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.
