PHOENIX - Basketball, aerobics, all sorts of activities and you can find them for cheap all over the Valley.

The City of Phoenix has programs for the whole family.

There are too many programs to name, but trust me when I tell you it's worth checking out.

Just go online and look through all of the activities.

They have youth basketball for just $45 for a 10 week session and that includes practice once a week, games on Saturdays and a uniform.

Adults can take aerobic classes like step and Zumba for just $2 per class.

They even have senior classes at the South Mountain Community Center weekdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

So there's definitely something for everyone, and you don't have to break the bank to keep busy and fit.
