PHOENIX - Help a good cause and get something for free.

If you want a free omelet, stop by any Valley First Watch  restaurant on Tuesday, October 9.

This is their 25th Annual Free Omelet Day to help raise money for St. Vincent De Paul. You can get any type of omelet on their menu from 7:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

Donations are encouraged because all of the money raised will be donated to St. Vincent De Paul .

So grab the crew and head over to First Watch for free food.
