Save money on groceries this week. With the holidays coming up, grocery stores are fighting for your business, which means some great savings.
Head over to Albertsons and get one 10 pound bag of Russet Potatoes for just $.88 each. If you need some ham for that Thanksgiving feast, Albertsons’ has you covered. They have Hormel spiral sliced half ham for $1.57 per pound and with no limit. Albertsons has 18 eggs on sale for $1.50 each and you can buy two for that price. If you like Dunkin' Donuts coffee, Albertsons has 11 to 12 ounce bags on sale for $5.99 each. If you prefer Starbucks K-cups, you can buy them at that same price. Albertsons is doubling manufacturer's coupons so don’t forget to grab, print or load those coupons.
Score a deal on avocados at Food City this week. You can buy five for just 99 cents plus get a total of 10 avocados for that price. If you plan on shopping at Food City on Monday, November 19th through Thursday, November 22nd, you can score some deals during their 4-Day Sale. During the sale you can buy a six pound bag of potatoes for just 96 cents with a 12 bag limit, or three pounds of large tomatoes for just 99 cents with a six pound limit. On Friday, November 16th, you can buy Frito Lays or Cheetos 6.5 to 9.75oz bags for $1.49 each. You can purchase four bags for that price and this deal is good on Friday only. Also on Friday, you can buy 73% ground beef for $1.59 per pound with a limit of two packages.
Save on Cook’s spiral ham at Fry’s this week, buy one ham for just $1.47 a pound. Fry’s also has a great deal on potatoes. You can purchase a 10 pound bag for 88 cents each with a limit of two bags for that price. If you need some ice cream, Fry’s has you covered. They have Dreyer’s 48oz. for $2.47 each. Fry’s is also offering $1 on all manufacturers’ coupons. Fry’s will be open all night on Wednesday, November 21st and will be closed after 3 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. This gives you plenty of time to get those fixings for that Thanksgiving meal.
Save on potatoes at Bashas’ this week. They have a five pound bag of Russet Potatoes for 69 cents each and you can buy four at that price. Bashas’ is going to save you on Cook’s Shank Portion ham you can buy one for $1.37 per pound. Save on veggies at Bashas’, you can buy fresh green beans, the first four pounds, or large tomatoes, the first five pounds, for just 88 cents per pound. If you plan on spending $25 or more at Bashas’ this week, you can get a Sara Lee Oven Fresh pumpkin pie for $1.99 with a limit of one.
Safeway will save you on Yams this week. You can buy red or orange yams for 39 cents a pound. Regular price is at least 99 cents per pound. Safeway will give you a small free turkey if you spend $100 or more in one shopping trip. If you want a larger turkey up to 24 pounds for free, you will need bring that spending to $150 or more to get it for free. Most Safeway stores will be open till 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.
Sprouts will save you on Jewel Yams, Russet potatoes, or Garnet for 49 cents per pound. If you prefer organic milk, Sprouts has Shamrock 96oz. containers of milk for $3.49 each. If you feel like chicken, Sprouts will save you on boneless skinless chicken breast for just $1.99 per pound.
Most Valley grocery stores have turkeys on sale for 79 cents per pound with a minimum purchase of $25. So if you plan on doing a large amount of food shopping, cash in on those deals so you won’t break the bank.
Don’t forget those coupons because a lot of stores are offering deals on manufacturer's coupons so you can really maximize those deals.
