Why jobs may be harder to find in 2011

PHOENIX - Finding a job might be more difficult in 2011.

A new manpower survey says that 84-percent of adults plan to actively look for a new job next year.

Only 60-percent of people said the same last year.

Some experts say this should serve as a wake-up call to employers and that they’ll need to work harder to keep their employees.
