If you didn't get everything you needed on Black Friday, and have been waiting for a good time to finish up your Christmas shopping, this weekend could be your best bet: stores are rolling out huge sales.
The weekend of December 15 isn't the busiest shopping weekend of the year (that's next weekend, specifically Saturday, December 22, 2012), but this weekend stores will be offering their lowest prices since Black Friday.
Toys R Us
Toys R Us is featuring a "BOGO blast" all weekend, with buy-one-get-50-percent-off your second Lego set, Barbie, or video game.
This is one of the bigger sales at Toys R Us, and is especially great if you are buying for two or more children.
Kohl's
Kohl's has a three-day sale Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Dec. 13 to 15, with 10 percent Kohl's Cash back for every $50 you spend, in addition to big markdowns on outerwear. Note that this sale ends Saturday night, not Sunday.
Target
Target is having a three-day "Finish Your List" sale this weekend, with markdowns on the Nintendo 3DS, pod coffeemakers, Garmin Nuvis (a great gift) and cameras.
Among several great camera deals at Target is a Canon Point and Shoot for $89, $70 off original price.
Plus, get a $20 Target gift card when you buy a Nook HD.
Meijer
Meijer , if there is one near you, is featuring a Santa bucks sale this weekend: Look for them in your newspaper or online at Meijer's website.
Sears
Sears is having a two-day sale Saturday and Sunday, with lots of deals on power tools, wrenches and other items for the tool lover in your house.
JC Penney
JC Penney, which promised us earlier this year that it would end markdowns, is having big markdowns this weekend on women's outerwear, jewelry, and Christmas decorations.
It apparently figured out that sales bring shoppers in.
Finally, look for outwear and sweater sales starting at Macy's and other stores, as retailers try to move winter merchandise that hasn't sold during the first two mild weeks of December.
As always, don't waste your money.
