If your car has leaky windows or excessive brake problems, you could be due money.

Two Class Action lawsuits are paying out millions of dollars to owners.

The first suit involves 2008 and 2009 Honda Accords, 2009 Honda Acura TSX models and a small number of 2010 models of both.

The Class Action alleges brake parts had to be replaced because of a problem with those cars.

Scott Hardy with Topclassactions.com says that the suit alleges problems with the braking system that puts too much force on the brake pads and rotors.

So, if you had the brake pads replaced and rotors resurfaced, or will have that done within 90 days of this past July 29th, you can be reimbursed half of the cost up to $150 depending on which pads you used.

The other Class Action lawsuit involves 2001-2006 Mercedes Benz S-Class and CL-Class vehicles.

The problem is alleged to involve a reed valve in the air-water duct that can be clogged resulting in water damage inside.

If you had out-of-pocket expenses prior to May 17, 2010, you can be reimbursed for all costs.

You have until September 13th to submit the claim.

Both Mercedes and Honda deny any wrong doing.
