If you have moved in the past few years you could be entitled to some extra cash, but you have to act quickly.

It's a major class action lawsuit settlement involving American Moving & Storage, Atlas Van Lines, Mayflower Transit, United Van Lines or Wheaton Van Lines.

The suit claims that some moving companies charged too much for fuel.

The companies admitted no wrongdoing but agreed to a $40 million settlement.

You are eligible if you hired one of the companies to move you anytime between March 19, 2003 to December 31st, 2007.

The funds available individually are determined by how many people make claims.

Go to topclassactions.com to see all of the qualifications and to make a claim.
