Facebook is a great tool to stay in touch, and get in touch with some long lost friends, but according to relationship expert, Dr. Patty Ann it can also become a breeding ground for infidelity.
We've all received 'friend' requests from an ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend, even ex-husbands and ex-wives and what do you do?
Dr. Patty Ann has three rules to follow to keep your relationship on track while still navigating the social media waters, and the bottom line is communication is key.
3 Ways to Avoid a FB and/or Social Media Affair
1. USE CAUTION - when you friend or accept a friend invitation from an ex or member of the opposite sex
2. Tell your partner who you have become "friends" with person/people
3. Allow your partner to read everything and anything you communicate with this "friend"
