Fitness instructor Laurie Korp stopped by to show us some fun, high energy workouts called Turbo Kick and Hip Hop Hustle.
Korp says Turbo Kick Box is inspired by boxing, Tae Kwon Do, dance and funk, creating a party atmosphere. She says it helps to improve physical endurance and muscle tone.
Korp also taught us about Hip Hop Hustle: a pre-designed hip hop dance class that is easy to follow and extremely fun to do. She says you can learn funky dance moves, while burning calories!

Monday-- 9 am Aqua Intervals, 10 am Turbo Kick at 24 Hour Fitness Metrocenter location
Friday-- 9 am Aqua Intervals, 10 am Yoga at 24 Hour Fitness, Metrocenter location
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, she books private fitness or yoga classes, and therapeutic massages.
Besides being a fitness pro for over 14 years, she is also a licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Therapist.
