It seems everyone is so busy these days, and forgetting things is common.
Dr. Sanford Silverman of the Center for Attention Deficit and Learning Disorders, and Center for Peak Performance, says making just a few changes can help us concentrate better.
Silverman says things that can ruin our concentration include lack of sleep, bad diet, overload of stimulation, and boredom.
He suggests eliminating distractions, eating clean, getting sleep and exercise, and taking time to breath as ways to help clear our heads and focus.
