Recipes from today's Holiday Cocktail segment:

Winter Maple Smash
2 oz  Crown Royal Maple Whisky
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 sprig fresh Rosemary
8 cranberries
Half lemon

Muddle lemon, cranberries, rosemary and simple. Add Crown Maple and shake well.  Strain over fresh ice and garnish with rosemary sprig, 3 cranberries and lemon wheel.

Hibiscus Cooler
1 oz Ciroc Red Berry
Chandon Sparkling  
1 tsp. Wild Hibiscus syrup


Place Hibiscus flower at bottom of glass for garnish.  Pour Ciroc in bottom of champagne flute, add hibiscus syrup and
top with Chandon Sparkling.


Spiced Autumn Punch
1(750 ml) bottle Don Julio Reposado Tequila
12 oz Sweet Vermouth
8 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
4 oz Rich Demerara Syrup (2 parts Demerara Sugar, 1 part water, chilled)
12 oz Fresh Apple Cider or Juice
1.5 tbsp Spiced Black Tea
16 dashed Angostura Bitters
16 dashes The Bitter Truth Old Time Aromatic Bitters
24 oz Soda Water
Apple Slices
Cinnamon Sticks

Combine the tea and vermouth in a jar or other container and let stand for 90 minutes.   Combine the tea-infused vermouth and all other ingredients in a punch bowl, adding the soda last.  Garnish with apple slices and a few cinnamon sticks.  Enjoy!
