The Thin Mint Martini and Sparking Belvedere Pink Grapefruit Cocktail

Thin Mint Martini recipe:
1 ½  oz Godiva Chocolate Vodka
1 oz Baileys Mint
½ oz Simple Syrup
Splash cream/milk

Shake all ingredients well, serve up in a chocolate rimmed martini glass, or chocolate shavings.

*This cocktail was mimicked after those little mint-chocolates I so love.  If you are not a big mint fan, just use Baileys original, or for a creamy twist, try Baileys Caramel!

Sparking Belvedere recipe:
2 oz Belvedere Pink Grapefruit Vodka
2 oz Domaine Chandon Brut, Napa
2 oz  Ocean Spray Cranberry
Splash of Lemon Juice
Pour over ice in a champagne flute or martini glass
Garnish with a lemon wheel or raspberries

*This cocktail can be made in batches and served in a punch bowl.  Making it easy on the
hostess.
