Want a spa treatment, but can't afford one? AZSpaGirls.com has an inexpensive four-step at-home facial for you.

The Dirt Cheap Spa Facial

1. Cleanse
Mix ½ cup ground oatmeal + ½ cup powdered milk. Wet with purified water just enough to make a paste and gently massage on face and neck. Rinse.

2. Treat
Face: Strain fresh pineapple juice and dab generously on face and neck with cotton ball. Allow to dry for 10 minutes.

Eyes: While the pineapple dries, lay back and place a potato bomb over each eye. Bomb is grated fresh potato wrapped in cheesecloth.
Rinse.

3. Tone
Mix the strained juice from ½ a grapefruit with a ¼ cup witch hazel and apply with cotton ball.

4. Firm
Mix the stained juice of a half a cucumber with ½ cup pure aloe vera gel. Apply to entire face including eye area with fingertips. Follow with sunscreen or your nighttime moisturizer.

Tips: Be sure to strain the fruits and vegetables well with a fine mesh strainer and test the treatments on an inconspicuous spot (like the inside of your arm) before applying to your face.
