Filet & lobster skewers + thyme butter + mushroom hash
1 7oz filet
1/4 cup butter
1 bunch fresh thyme sprigs
mushrooms hash
1/4 cup cremini mushrooms
1/4 cup shitake mushrooms
1/4 cup porcini mushrooms
1 tbs montis steak sauce
for both Sonora living and fox 10 and as a second dish for Sonora living
strawberry cream parfait
1 paint fresh strawberries
1 cup condensed milk
1 paint whip cream
1cup graham cracker crust
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup tamarind syrup
1 pinch crushed marcona almonds
1 pinch roasted coconut shavings
