cooked pinto beans
Begin by grilling the corn tortillas on low to medium heat. After several minutes the tortillas will begin to get hard. Once they have achieved the desired hardness remove from heat and put in a tortilla warmer to keep hot. Next grilled vegetables and season to taste. Place the pinto beans on top of the tortilla and then place grilled vegetables on top of the pinto beans. Garnish with tomatoes and avocado.
8 ounce top sirloin steak
Grill steak using a little olive oil and cook to desired doneness. Grill bell peppers and onions and season with salt and pepper. Place the vegetables on top of the steak and cover with cheddar cheese. Slice some fresh tomato and place next to steak. Garnish with guacamole.

Sauté spinach with a little garlic and onions using olive oil. Add bell pepper and soy cheese to mixture. Place sautéed onion and spinach in wrap tortilla. Add lettuce, onions, bell peppers, carrots to wrap. Roll wrap folding in the edges into to make it easy to pick up and enjoy.
