In Italy gelato is not just a treat but a tradition. "Very important since we were children in Italy, you go to the gelato store, its happiness, something fresh." explains Casa. "You have to do it the right way, it's not just a business, and it's a way of life." Both Alberto and Letizia attended Gelato University in Italy and worked alongside Gelato Master Mossimo Barbetta.

Cool Gelato Italiano has 24 rotating flavors and of course they change with the seasons. They also have another Italian tradition…espresso. Affogato is a bold and tasty way of pouring espresso over gelato. The end result is a creamy hot or cold weather delight.
