Are you tired of just plain old mayo, mustard and ketchup on your burger?
Paradise Valley Burger Company showed us how to spice things up.
Here are a couple recipes from Thursday's show:
Pecan aioli for the Big Apple Burger:
Brioche bun, 2 beef patties, cheddar, bacon, caramelized onion, freshly shaved apple, and pecan aioli
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup candied pecans
1/4 cup spicy mustard
1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Blend in a mixer or food processor until fully blended.
Red pepper aioli for the Cubano Burger:
Toasted white bread, 2 beef patties, melted havarti, burnt plantains, ham off the bone, NYC pickles, and red pepper aioli.
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup heavy cream
1 seeded roasted bell pepper
2 seeded roasted Fresno chili
2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste
Blend in a mixer or food processor until fully blended.
