It's such an important part of a woman's wardrobe, yet so many women don't put a lot of thought into their bras.

In fact, it's estimated that 85 percent of women are wearing the wrong sized bra, with the most common complaints being sagging, no support, bands riding up, and breasts overflowing the cups.

The Bra Whisperer aims to end all that with her Bra Fit Bootcamp. Susan Nethero is the founder of {intimacy} trained under the Queen of England's royal bra fitter and has become the national authority on the "perfect bra fit."

She shares her top four things every woman should know to maximize her assets while getting the proper fit.

1. Bend and snap
When trying on a bra, Nethero says to put it on while bent over. Before standing up, shake the tops of the cups to center the breast in the cup and create a fuller look

2. Cleavage
Cleavage isn't reserved for large chested women, Nethero says those who are less endowed can also create this effect with a plunge bra. Nethero also suggests 'cleavage cupcakes' to give some added oomph. Another option, according to Nethero, is a demi cup which is a great style for scoop or wide necklines.

3. Supreme Support
Many women believe the support in a bra comes from the cups or the straps, but that isn't true. When looking for a good supportive bra, Nethero says go straight to the band because it supports the majority of the weight.  When wearing the bra you should also make sure the back of the strap sits low on your back, below your shoulder blades, this will increase the support in the front and help eliminate the dreaded back fat.

4. Sports Bras
More than half of all women report pain during exercise and this is due to a bad bra. Nethero says the main reason is traditional sports bras are bad for your breasts because they are either too flimsy or simply compress your breasts. But there are other options. Nethero says women should be wearing sports bras that are bra sized. Nethero says you should look for a sports bra with cups, adjustable straps and moisture wicking fabric.

Bottom line, Nethero says find the right cup and band size and you're guaranteed a perfect fit.

"Bra Fit Bootcamp" is a complimentary session where you'll learn the exclusive techniques that have made {intimacy}'s approach to bra fit a national phenomenon.
