Number 13 is the magic number for this Valley restaurant

Number 13 isn't typically considered a lucky number, but for Mike Hightower, it couldn't be any luckier.

His Carefree restaurant, Cellar 13, has 13 white wines, 13 reds, 13 menu items and 13 steps down to the cellar.

Cellar 13's menu is small, but delicious! They feature a cheese platter, multiple flat breads, two salads, bruschetta, sandwiches and their famous grilled cheese sandwich. They also have a full bar, but of course, wine is their specialty.

Cellar 13 has Happy Hour Monday through Friday from 4-6 pm, when you can enjoy one of your 13 menu items and a glass of wine for only $13.

Cellar 13 is located in Carefree, Arizona, just off of Care Creek Rd and Tom Darlington Dr at 7202 E. Ho Road, Carefree, AZ 85377.

Here are some recipes from Thursday's show:

Ham Flatbread:

Start with a mild herb flatbread
Top flatbread with roasted red peppers and onions
Add sliced Mozzarella cheese
Then add goat cheese
Top with sliced Ham
Sprinkle parmasan cheese
Sprinkle of thyme

Bake in oven until browned and crisp (time varied depending on oven)
(Best if baked straight on the rack)

Hearts of Romaine Salad:

Half the heart of romaine, and put one half on each side of the plate, stacked
Add red peppers and onions to the both halves
Add crumbled bleu cheese
Top with chopped bacon
Top it off with homemade balsamic vinaigrette
