Phoenician Executive Chef Frank Belosic and Executive Sous Chef Lee Hilson stopped by Sonoran Living to talk about Latin-inspired foods and the restaurant's involvement in the upcoming Sabor event to benefit the CALA Alliance.
CALA Alliance is dedicated to educating and inspiring all Arizonans about our Latino cultural heritage through a range of activities including festivals, performances, special events, exhibits, cross-cultural exchanges, and in-school residencies.
The CALA Alliance board of directors includes leadership from the Latino, business, political and community sectors.
