Just like us, sometimes our pets get overweight. It's partially due to age, and lack of activity, which seems to affect all of us, even our 4 legged friends.
When it comes to our furry friends, sometimes just a few extra pounds can make a bigger negative impact. Because they are so much smaller, the percentage of extra weight is greater. So how do you know if your pet is overweight? Michelle Ellis, Camp Bow Wow , shares a few signs you should be aware of.

Ellis says potato chips, ice cream, cheese and peanut butter are some of the hidden culprits when it comes to weight gain. So if your pet is experiencing any of these symptoms, you may want to consider a workout plan for them. Ellis shares a few tips to help you get your pooch in shape.
