Phoenix / Phoenix Zoo
Walk or run at your own pace through a one mile route within the beautiful Phoenix Zoo. Learn about various animals, collect tickets at mystery stops to win prizes. $12 - $25. Registration starts at 6 a.m., 7:30 a.m. for 1 mile walk and 9 a.m. for Walk in the Wild.

Inspired by Da Vinci, learn why objects fly. Design and test whirly birds, create soaring paper helicopters and experiment with parachutes. $12 per parent/child team. 10:30 a.m.
