Shark Week
August 17th
Tempe / SEALIFE Arizona
Friday is the last day of Shark Week! Enjoy craft activities, special talks, games and more. Stroll through the new interactive exhibit, Shark Discovery and learn about these misunderstood creatures.   Adults $18, Children $12 and under 2 free. Discounted tickets available online. 10am - 7:30pm.  

128th Annual World's Oldest Continuous Rodeo
August 16th - 19th
Payson AZ
Experience the exhilaration of the rodeo, the sport of the Old West! Features bull riding, calf roping, barrel racing, annual parade and dance. Parade is on August 18th on Payson's Arizona Historic Old Main Street at 9am. All ages. $7.50 - $22.   
 
StarLab Planetarium
August 18th
Peoria / Challenger Space Center
Inside the dome, visitors are transported into a night sky environment perfect for learning about upcoming sky events, the stars, the moon, constellations, planets, multicultural folklore and mythology. $4 per person + general admission. All Ages. 11:30 and 12:30 showings.
