It may not be cool, but Fall is starting to inch it's way into our lives here in the Valley of the Sun.
With the change in seasons comes a change in wardrobe, but switching out your style doesn't have to cost a fortune.
Style expert Kim Groomes says it's easy to re-vamp and update your fall looks just by adding a few key elements.
Some of her top picks for Fall 2011 include:
1. Great fitting jeans
Groomes says 'jeans are something I would never skimp on, you wear them a ton and it's important to have a flattering pair.' Pair a great pair of skinny jeans with an ankle bootie, and if you can find one with hardware or zippers all the better. Groomes says that is one of the hottest trends sticking around this season.
2. Solid color leggings
This trend is extremely versatile, Grooms says you can pair them with sweaters, dresses, cardigans, skirts, and more. Groomes suggests pairing leggings or jeans with a solid colored tee or tank top and a bright colored wrap cardigan for a casual weekend look. For accessories try a chunky necklace or pashmina to complete the look.
3. Tall boot
A classy boot is a staple in any girls wardrobe. According to Groomes, a figure flattering knee length wrap dress in a fun print or bold color is the perfect pairing for a tall boot. But she says you can also create a very polished casual look wearing this style of boot.
