The week of Feb. 16 to 22 is set aside to celebrate all things cocktails in Arizona.
Nationally recognized mixologists are in town to give educational seminars, interactive tastings, cocktail competitions and special dinners called "Imbibe n' Dine."
Chef Jeremy Pacheco of Lon's at the Hermosa Inn stopped by to talk about the four-course cocktail-paired dinner he created that will feature liquors from Haua Alpenz, a small importer based out of Minnesota that offers obscure liquors from Indonesia, Austria and Jamaica.
