Valentine's Day is also Arizona's Birthday On February 14th, 2012 when the state celebrates its 100th birthday the oldest restaurant in Tempe, Monti's, will give Arizonans something more to cheer about by offering one of their legendary steaks at a price you would find in 1912. Starting at 9:12am in the morning the first 100 people in line will be able to buy a sirloin steak dinner with choice of two sides and Monti's Roman Bread for just .75 cents plus tax. The price reflects what a steak dinner would have been sold for in 1912. The legendary establishment has sat on the corner of Mill Avenue and Rio Salado since the late 1800's. *You must enjoy the .75 cent meal within 5 days on February 14th
What if you don't want food to be the center of your night?
Transport yourself to the romantic waterways of Venice aboard a beautiful Gondola Boat ride. That being said, if you're looking for an energetic spot for Valentine's Day, you cannot go wrong with choosing Sapporo's. From Happy Hour to dinner, this really is the best crowd in town! And this year, Sapporo's put a twist on the usual V-Day parties we're offered in the Valley.
Guests of Sapporo this Valentine's Day will have their choice of a red, pink or black balloon to signify their feelings of this lover's holiday.
