Suns Hip Hop Squad holding auditions

The Phoenix are seeking highly energetic and athletic dancers to audition for the 2012-2013 Solar Squad hip hop dance team this weekend. 

Auditions will be held on Saturday with registration beginning at 2 p.m. at US Airways Center.

Successful candidates will be asked to attend the finals at US Airways Center on Monday at 7 pm.

Performers must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and bring a non-returnable photo and resume.  

The Solar Squad is the Suns' elite hip hop dance and interactive team, which performs at each Suns home game.  

Parking is available in the US Airways Center garage at no charge. It is located on the west side of the arena, on 1st Street just south of Jefferson.
