Aaron Nelson, head trainer for the Phoenix Suns, suggest these three things to help prevent injuries from sports.
-Hydrate. You can drink water or sports drinks. Avoid energy drink or caffeinated drinks.
-Work on dynamic stretching as well as static stretching.
-Work on balance and core training.
