Learn how to laugh- for your health! Laughter can help you reduce stress and feel better, according to nurse and "Certified Laughter Leader" Debbie Harbison.

Debbie learned during her time as a nurse that patients, along with their loved ones, did better when laughter was added as part of the healing process.

She became a  "Laughter Leader" to help others and spread this non-traditional healing method.

You can find out more about the benefits of laughter at Fit City Scottsdale on August 14 as they present a workshop on the importance of laughing.
