Explore a real, live collection of bugs with a certified entomologist! Learn about butterflies, ladybugs, bees, spiders, roaches and other creepy-crawlies!  $5 -$7. 3 - 6 years with parent. 10am.

Science Center Fun
August 11-12
Phoenix / Arizona Science Center
Visit the Arizona Science Center and receive free general admission all weekend! Special discounted prices foe IMAX and Planetarium shows as well. Enjoy four floors of interactive exhibits, Fry's food sampling and special demonstrations.  Free. All ages.  10am - 5pm.
 
Zoo After Dark
August 11
Phoenix / The Phoenix Zoo
Cool off at Prowl and Play and experience the Zoo in the evening. Enjoy animal meet and greets, cool off at Yakulla Cavers and Leapin' Lagoon water play areas or get soaked at the Squirt Gun Water Wars!  $6 - $8. All Ages. 6 - 9pm.
