The Be A Leader Foundation focuses on college-going programs for 7th-12th grade students in Phoenix.
One of the foundation's organizers and mentors, Karina Cuamea, says their mission is to increase the number of college-going students through leadership training and mentoring.
The Be A Leader Foundation has it's 4th Annual "Taking Steps Towards College Success" Walk-A-Thon on Sunday, October 14, 2012 at Margaret T. Hance Park.
