Hello my name is Darla!
I am a 10-month-old shepherd and Labrador mix. I am one sweet girl and I would make a great family companion to almost any home!
I love to run and splash around in the water, as well as sunbathe in my spare time.
I get along great with other happy doggies like myself. I haven’t been around cats yet, but I am sure willing to try.
If I could go home to a medium- to high-activity household, that would be the best fir for me!
Kids seem to be drawn to me and I am always happy to greet them with kisses.
I really hope that I can find my forever home and show just what a good girl I can be!

Mission of HALO Animal Rescue
Adopting from HALO Animal Rescue is relatively straightforward, our goal is to find a loving home for all the animals in our care. We believe that any animal we adopt out should be a part of the family, because of this its important to examine you and your family's activity level and determine what actives you are going to include you dog in. HALO has animal companions for just about any lifestyle…from a couch potato to an avid hiker, your new best friend is waiting!
The mission of HALO Animal Rescue is to help animals live on through increased adoption, sterilization and pet care education.
Sterilizing your pets is one of the most important things you can do, not only for your pet but also your family and the community. Sterilization helps control an overabundance of pets but also may help prevent some medical and behavioral problems from developing
Educating adopters as to the importance of regular vaccinations and establishing a good relationship with a local veterinarian is something that we discuss with each adoption, we want all the animals that are adopted from HALO to live long, happy and healthy lives.
