It’s hard to take Bubba seriously as the goofy 42-pound Labrador mix clumsily gallops around the yard, but Bubba is a smart doggy who has mastered several of the basic commands already and he is also house-trained.
Although he can entertain himself by tossing a rope toy in the air and catching it in his mouth before it lands on the ground, he would appreciate having an owner who will participate in the fun and join in on a game of fetch every now and then.
He adores children, although he may be too boisterous for toddlers, and he is happy to watch from the sidelines with the parents as the kids play soccer at the park on the weekends.
Bubba is a great family dog who is waiting to be adopted at the Arizona Humane Society’s Campus for Compassion located at 1521 West Dobbins Rd in Phoenix. Call 602-997-7585 x 1045 and ask for animal ID number A412908 .
