SCOTTSDALE, AZ - Don't let all of the holiday goodies get in the way of staying fit. CrossFit Scottsdale wants to help with your fitness goals and is offering a workout class on Christmas Day.
The class is free and open to everyone of all ages. You can bring your pet too. It will take place Saturday at noon at Horizon Park at 100th Street and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.
You don't have to RSVP, but you are asked to arrive in proper workout attire.
