Get your kids gifts that will get them moving

PHOENIX - The Internet, computers, gaming systems and all the movies and TV available at your finger tips; all entertaining things for kids, but none of these things promote them moving their bodies. My advice is that you can have fun and get your kids off the couch without having to buy anything. For example go for a family hike and make a game out of it, like a scavenger hunt. Or playing catch in the backyard with a tennis ball and my favorite go for a bike ride, the weather is beautiful.!
